Yeast is a powerhouse for ruminant nutrition, supporting a healthy rumen microbial ecosystem, improving fibre digestion, stabilising rumen pH, and boosting energy availability—together enhancing milk yield, growth, and overall performance. In modern feed systems, where rations are often pelleted at high temperatures (70–90°C), regular live yeast can lose its activity.
Zagro introduces ZymoYeast HS – a coated, thermo-stable live yeast based on the same high-performance strain. 
Produced via submerged fermentation from specially selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains sourced from the rumen, ZymoYeast HS is designed to withstand high-temperature feed pelleting while delivering consistent rumen benefits.

Dosage & Administration

For Feed Application

• Calf Strater: Mix 1 Kg per ton of feed.
• Milking Animals / Lactation Cows / Buffaloes: Mix 500 g per ton of feed.
• Transition Period: Mix 1 Kg per ton of feed.

For Farm Usage

• Calf: Mix 1-2 g per head per day.
• Heifer: Mix 1-2 g per head per day.
• High Milking Cow: Mix 5-10 g per head per day.
